Tax Exempt?
  How do I establish tax exempt status for my organization on CompTIA Marketplace?
 
Process to apply for sales tax exempt status on the CompTIA Marketplace:
  1. Please provide proof of your sales tax exempt status (example) along with the details of your CompTIA Marketplace Customer Account. Customer Account details you need to provide include: First Name, Last Name and Email Address.  Send information to Help@CompTIAStore.eu.
  2. Within 5 business days, we will confirm validation of your tax exempt status and update your customer record on CompTIA Marketplace to reflect your status.
  3. You can then purchase products on the store and you will not be charged sales tax.
Update your currency feature
  This store accepts payments only in EURO. Therefore all our prices are based on the Euro. However, for easy reference, we have provided the capability to shop in a number of different currencies including EURO, CHF, DKK, GBP NOK, SEK, and ZAR. Select your preferred currency from the drop down list titled "Update Your Currency" found on the top right-hand side of your screen.

Please Note: When using our Select Your Currency feature, please keep in mind that this is just a guide for your information based on current currency conversion rates. Your final payment will be made in EURO, despite what currency you have selected while shopping.



Currency conversion rates are subject to change, usually only slightly, from day to day. Thus, the rate you see at the time of your purchase may not be the exact rate you will be charged when we actually charge your credit card. The bank which processes your credit card transactions will ultimately be the ones who determine what exchange rate you will pay, based on the currency conversion rates applicable at the time your credit card is charged. CompTIA Marketplace will only charge your credit card in EURO for the exact cost of the items you purchase and for any applicable shipping and handling charges. CompTIA Marketplace cannot be held responsible for any currency conversion rates or fees charged by your bank.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You will need to pay sales tax if you are located in a place where Pearson does business. Sales tax will be dynamically calculated and displayed during the checkout process. 
I have a question on my charges.
  If you have a question about a charge, please review your order history first. To view your orders, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Review orders / track packages". Here you can compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Print invoices" to view and print invoices. 
When will my credit appear on my account?
  The time it takes for your credit to appear on your account may vary.  However, credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we received your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Please allow 1 business day for processing of your credit card and email-arrival of your voucher number and redemption instructions.
